Some people are searching for a familiar strain. Others want a particular seed type, a rare genetic line, or simply a South African seed company with local delivery.
This guide looks at what to consider when choosing your next seed supplier.

Explore South African Cannabis Genetics
South Africa has a fascinating history of cannabis genetics, including traditional local varieties and landrace-influenced populations.
For anyone interested in genetics rather than simply strain names, this is an area worth exploring.
Feminized, regular or autoflower?
Another important consideration is the type of seed you're searching for.
Nebula Seeds separates its catalogue into dedicated collections.

Autoflower Feminized

This makes it easier to narrow down the catalogue before you start comparing individual genetics.
Looking for seed packs?
If you previously liked browsing multiple genetics rather than purchasing individual strains, take a look at the Nebula Seeds Collections & Packs.
Collections can also be a useful way to discover genetics you might not otherwise have searched for.
What should you consider when choosing a new seed supplier?
Don't choose purely on catalogue size.
Consider:
Local availability
A South African company can make ordering and delivery considerably simpler for South African customers.
Genetics
Look beyond the strain name. Consider the breeder, lineage and type of genetics.
Product information
The more information available about a product, the easier it is to make an informed choice.
Range
If you like experimenting with different genetics, a broader catalogue gives you more room to explore.
Customer service
A good seed supplier should be easy to contact when you have questions about products or orders.
